January Favourites 2017

January Favourites 2017

Hello lovelies,
welcome back to my blog!

I thought I would share with you my favourite makeup products that have seriously transformed my makeup routine this month!

Hope you all enjoy! And leave me a comment if you have used these or similar!

Benefit Mini Balms

I got these lip balms as a Christmas present from my dad, and they are so amazing. Being slightly tinted, makes them perfect on their own, or over a lipstick/tint. The Bene is tinted red, Posie is pink, and Cha Cha is coral. Extremely hydrating, not sticky and beautiful colours. And they’re so cute!

bareMinerals Bare Pro Foundation

I’ve been using this foundation for little over 3 weeks, and I must say, it’s helped my skin so much. Before, I was using a M.A.C foundation, which left my skin breaking out due to it’s dewy texture and naturally having oily skin. Using a powdered foundation, leaves a matte finish and leaves my skin feeling soft and beautifully covers my blemishes and redness, leaving a flawless finish. Would highly recommend to anyone who has an oily complexion or easily breaks out.

Anatomicals Coconut + Mango Body Lotion

I’m not usually one to use body lotion, but winter has got my skin feeling incredibly dry at the moment. So when I received this in a birchbox I thought I’d try it out. I usually have pretty sensitive skin and this doesn’t seem to affect it. It smells incredible, and leaves my skin super soft. Will definitely be stocking up on this!

Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lipgloss

I’m seriously in love with this gloss. It leaves my lips feeling tingly and definitely plumps them up. You can wear it before you apply lipstick, on it’s own or pop it on over your favourite lipstick for extra hydration and fullness. It’s a simple light pink shade and only a little sticky compared to other lip glosses. Smells nice too!

Barry M Chisel Cheeks Contour Kit

I’m a total noob when it comes to contouring. Like I literally have no idea. So when I saw this kit came with a highlighter, bronzer and a sculpting powder, along with precise instructions on how to apply all, I thought it was ideal for someone like me, who has no idea what they’re doing. Would highly recommend this kit to anyone who wants to learn to contour!

Benefit Erase Paste

I got this in a Benefit Kit for Christmas. I’ve not really used a concealer for a long time and this is perfect for covering dark circles under my eyes or covering blemishes. As I use a powder foundation, I apply the Erase Paste first, and then apply my foundation on top. Honestly this product is amazing, I’m in love.

And there you have it. My January Favourites of 2017! Hope you enjoy!

Until next time!
